Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Once verified, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method — no charge to you.

Wrong size
If the size doesn't fit, we offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery. A 5% restocking fee and a ₹70 delivery fee apply for the exchange shipment. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
